Incidents or Warranty
If you encounter any issues with a product that is still under warranty, you can request a replacement with a similar product or a gift card.
The most common cases for toy covers are:
- It doesn't turn on or vibrate.
- It doesn't charge when connected.
- It lacks the vibration modes it should have.
- You can also request a warranty replacement if the product arrives in poor condition (obvious toy damage, not cosmetic or minor defects typical of silicone and ABS manufacturing) or if it is leaking (in the case of liquids).
All products must be returned with their accessories, if any (charger, cable, attachments, remote control), in order to apply the warranty.
For disposable items, such as certain types of penis masturbators, condoms, latex barriers, etc., the warranty may apply only if the item is in poor condition or has become defective before its intended single use.
If you receive an incomplete order due to missing items or components (such as cables), you must contact customer support within the first 14 calendar days after receiving the package. After these 14 calendar days, customer support reserves the right to deny the specified instructions.
To do this, simply write us an email stating your order number (usually starting with #2...) and the corresponding incident to our email address [email protected]. You should also attach photos or videos of the product so that we can assess the incident and expedite the procedures.
Once we receive your request, we will proceed to evaluate it and contact you as soon as possible to conduct the necessary checks. This process may take up to 30 days.
Please note that at NO TABOO sex shops, the warranty for WOW TECH products (We-Vibe, Womanizer, ROMP) is 2 years. The replacement of a product will be done within 48 hours from the time of contact. This time is necessary to determine the cause of the toy malfunction and confirm the warranty claim. By purchasing this product from us, you can be assured of its safety and quality guarantee. If you buy a We-Vibe product outside our network, it is likely that no one will be able to assist you with return and exchange inquiries. Dear customers, we would like to draw your attention to the warranty exchange conditions for WOW TECH products (We-Vibe, Womanizer, ROMP). To proceed with a warranty exchange, it is mandatory to keep and provide the following: Original packaging, Purchase receipt, Warranty certificate (receipt). If any of the above-mentioned items are missing, the product exchange under warranty may not be possible.
Returns or Refunds
The right to refusal and refund does not apply to products that, by their nature and in accordance with applicable regulations, cannot be returned or may deteriorate, except for technical malfunctions detected before use. This also does not apply to any product that has been unpacked or opened after delivery, such as intimate hygiene products, erotic toys, vibrators, menstrual cups, underwear, or any other similar product that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, except in cases where a technical malfunction is discovered during use.
Refusal does not apply to products covered by warranty or individual products that come in a set or package. Changes in color or size are not accepted during returns.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the available options based on your specific case.
While not all options are always available, the following possibilities exist:
- Refund of the corresponding amount using the same payment method as the original purchase in the case of a refusal.*
- Replacement with the same product in the case of a warranty claim.*
*Options are not available in all cases. They depend on the type of product purchased, the delivery location, and the purchase channel used. Ultimately, NO TABOO reserves the right to choose the replacement option.
Return Options to Our Warehouse:
- Send the package to a post office* (cost depends on the case)
- Send the package to our warehouse independently (*Any import-related expenses, such as customs duties or fees, will be deducted from the refund amount)
Any refunds to the buyer resulting from a return will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days from the receipt of the product at our warehouse.
