Super PowerMax works by enhancing erections and prolonging sexual intercourse. The tablets contain two main active components: sildenafil and dapoxetine. Sildenafil facilitates vasodilation, ensuring active blood flow to the perineal region, resulting in sustained erections. On the other hand, dapoxetine inhibits the hormone serotonin, reducing nerve endings' sensitivity, thus delaying orgasm. As a result, sexual encounters last 3-4 times longer.
