IMPORTANT: International shipments to countries outside the European Union may incur additional import charges, duties or customs that are beyond our control. No Taboo would not assume any total or partial cost derived from these expenses. In case of inspection by the customs of your country, if you were not satisfied with the customs costs, and you decided to reject the order, we would deduct all the expenses incurred from the amount to be returned (outbound expenses, return expenses and management or administrative caused). Keep in mind that these delivery times count from the moment your order leaves our warehouse. The order processing time is 24/48 working hours. Delivery times may be altered by holidays, in summer and Christmas, or due to causes beyond No Taboo. In no case are the indicated deadlines a guarantee of delivery.

Management and delivery

• Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12 noon are usually prepared and shipped on the same day. This schedule is not a guarantee, and may be altered or modified.
• If the order is placed after 12pm, it will be prepared and shipped the next business day.
• Orders placed over the weekend will be prepared and shipped between the following Monday and Tuesday.
• In summer time the same conditions apply, but until 11am instead of 12pm.
• Deliveries with Correos can be made throughout the day, from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• For urgent deliveries with specific times, such as before 10 a.m., 2 p.m. or delivery on Saturdays, there may be supplements.
• If you prefer to pick up your order at a post office, will be sent to your reference office (the one that Correos assigns to your address). You can see your Correos reference office by entering your address here.
• In special circumstances, such as local or state holidays, or bad weather, among others, delivery times may be affected.
• Orders with cash on delivery payment method require confirmation of the amount by the customer before being shipped. Please note that this process may delay the delivery time of the order.

In any case, whenever it is available, we will provide you with an order tracking number so that you can know where your order is at all times.
